The Patient Participation group , known as the PPG, is a group of patients who meet every 3 months with the practice to improve the services to patients, and to provide the patients’ perspective.

So, we'd love to hear from you if you'd like to join our patient participation group [PPG]. To join, or for more information, please leave your details at reception for the attention of the practice manager.
The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.

Patient Survey: The survey carried out for 2016/17, has been thoroughly reviewed by the PPG and practice representatives. It has been jointly agreed that, due to errors within the survey and with the online data collection, the survey will be run again later in the year. The results will be published in full when completed.
