COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS: UPDATED SAFETY MEASURES January 2021
Due to a significant increase in people coming into the practice, and therefore bringing an increased risk to our practice teams, we have had to take the step of putting two large signs at the main entrance & in the main corridor, informing people that they are not to come into the surgery without an agreed appointment. This includes if someone is asked, by a pharmacist or other healthcare professional, to speak with the GP or Nurse. All communication with the practice must be via telephone in the first instance.
We remain committed to keeping the number of people in the surgery to a minimum, for the protection of our practice team and our patients.
- We are open and continue to see patients for whom it is clinically necessary and when it is safe to do so.
- If you are asked to come in to the surgery, you must wear a face mask or face covering, worn before entering the premises.
