Do It Online

Practice Update 12/03/2020: Online Services & Covid-19 Coronavirus

After careful consideration, we have suspended online appointment booking until further notice. This is part of our continuity planning for the protection of our practice team and our patients.

This service will be reinstated as soon as the situation with Coronavirus has stabilised. All other online services remain active.

We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

CHANGES TO ONLINE ACCESS

To ensure confidentiality, any patients aged between 13-16 years will have their online access permissions removed. Without the trust that complete confidentiality brings, children and young people might not seek medical care and advice, or they might not tell all the facts needed to provide good care if they are concerned that a parent or guardian may access their medical record.

Upon reaching age 16, patients may apply for their own online access.

Parental access to their child's [16 and above] online medical records & information will not be permitted without the express permission of the patient themselves.

SHARING YOUR MEDICAL RECORD

Your computerised medical record is held within our clinical system. This system is used widely across the NHS and by many care organisations throughout Leicestershire, in order to maintain accurate medical records about you.

We need you to understand about sharing your medical record [click here] and what this means for you and your healthcare.

We have also provided guidance on how you can set your preferences for sharing your electronic medical information
